I remember the first day we met
as if it was yesterday. The way you looked at me Swayed the rhythm of my heart beat. You looked perfect in your imperfectly fit suit. I couldn’t help but stare. I remember vividly how our eyes shied out when they were about to meet. How could I have known that you were about to turn the rest of my life into a roller coaster. Highs and lows, ups and downs, mania and depressions This is exactly what our “thing” is. The late-night calls when your mood picks up followed by the long wait and the un responded texts... I am left in a haze of confusion. You neither promise to return nor say goodbye. I sit by the window, hoping to see you come back Every time, I am about to close the curtains, you appear. “If you think it is over, you are wrong” This is what you always say. Is “us” a game for you? Make it clear, if you want to stay or if you just want to play. I can’t take more of your mixed signals. What are we tho? We are not friends, we are not family We are just two strangers playing with both ends of love. You dragged me into this game and I don’t know how to get out of it You lose when I win, I lose when you win. If we want to call it love, it has to be unipolar, we got to lose and win together. How ironic! you can't live without me and you can't stay beside me. I don’t know if it is fight or flight, or if you take fright at love? You better tell me what to think. you don't need to ask me what I think coz you know well, I will always ask you to stay to hold my hand when staring at the stars while waiting for love to happen.

Who's behind the blogHello I am Denyse INEZA
My blog's name "ishyapluma" is made of two words ishya and pluma. Ishya from my mother tongue(kinyarwanda)means prosperity and pluma is a Spanish word for pen. Being very introverted, I started blogging because I was so inside my head and I needed a way to get out of it. later on it became a way of reaching out to my audience. I now write to heal, to influence, to inspire and to give hope for a prosperous future to me as well as to everyone reading this blog. Welcome to Ishyapluma!
